Jiangsu Juncheng Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd. is specialized in integrating technology research and development, manufacturing and sales of auto metal parts. Now JUNCHENG has three production bases, one international trading company and one domestic chain sales company. We got the ISO-TS16949:2002 international quality system certification in May 2014.

JUNCHENG has imported advanced automatic production and processing equipment and testing equipment, incluading 4 domestic and international advanced stamping production lines, 4 welding production lines.1 EDP electrophoretic coating production line,more than 20 pcs of ABB robot laser cutting equipment.Also we have coordinate measuring machine, salt spray testing machine, tensile testing machine and flaw detection machine, with annual production capacity of 1 million sets of auto metal body parts.

JUNCHENG provides first-class support for sheet metal and cab assembly of engineering vehicles such as Germany KION Baodi, Tongli Heavy Industry, Sanjiang Waliite,while developing whole body sheet metal parts for Toyota, Renault, Great Wall, Isuzu,Nissan, Mitsubishi, JAC, Ford and other domestic and oversea models.
